At SELAS, every artwork is produced and framed specifically for your order. Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or personal preference.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 10 calendar days of delivery at:
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the full product
- Photos clearly showing the damage or defect
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
- A photo of the shipping label
Please keep the original product and packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Change of Mind
Because each SELAS artwork is made specifically after an order is placed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds because:
- You changed your mind
- You no longer want the product
- You selected the wrong size
- You selected the wrong artwork
- You prefer another frame or design
- The product does not match your personal decorating preferences
This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Colours and Product Appearance
We make every reasonable effort to represent our artwork accurately.
However, colours may vary slightly between images displayed on a computer, tablet, or phone screen and the final printed artwork due to differences in screen settings, lighting, printing processes, materials, and other factors.
Minor colour differences that do not constitute a manufacturing or printing defect are not eligible for a return or refund.
Frame colours and finishes may also appear slightly different depending on lighting and photography.
Gold-frame products refer to a gold-coloured or decorative gold finish and do not mean that the frame is made from solid gold or another precious metal.
Dimensions
Product dimensions are approximate.
For framed artwork, listed dimensions refer to the approximate finished product dimensions unless otherwise stated.
Small variations may occur as a result of manufacturing tolerances and conversions between metric and imperial measurements.
Order Cancellations and Changes
Production may begin shortly after an order is placed.
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately at:
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, it generally cannot be cancelled because it has been made specifically for your order.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.
Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
