These Terms of Service govern your use of the SELAS online store and purchases made through SELAS.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies displayed on our website.

Products

SELAS sells made-to-order wall art and framed artwork.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display our products, including artwork, dimensions, colours, materials, and frame finishes.

However, because screens display colours differently from printed products, we cannot guarantee that the colours displayed electronically will exactly match the finished artwork.

Product images displayed in rooms, frames, interiors, or lifestyle environments may be digital mockups designed to demonstrate how the artwork may look when displayed.

References to gold frames describe the colour, style, or decorative finish of the frame and do not indicate that the frame is manufactured from solid gold or another precious metal unless explicitly stated.

Made-to-Order Products

SELAS products are produced after an order is submitted.

We may use professional third-party printing, framing, fulfillment, logistics, and shipping partners to manufacture and deliver orders on our behalf.

Because products are made to order, our Return and Refund Policy applies to cancellations, returns, exchanges, damaged products, and refunds.

Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before completing checkout.

This includes verifying:

Artwork selection
Frame selection
Size
Quantity
Shipping address
Contact information

Once production begins, we may not be able to modify or cancel an order.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer may cause delivery delays, additional shipping charges, or unsuccessful delivery.

Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website or during checkout.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other applicable fees will be displayed during checkout where they can reasonably be calculated.

For international orders, customs authorities may impose duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges may be the responsibility of the recipient.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, SELAS artwork, designs, photography, graphics, branding, logos, website content, and other creative materials displayed through the SELAS store are owned by SELAS or used with appropriate authorization.

Purchasing a SELAS artwork gives you ownership of the physical product you receive.

It does not transfer copyright or intellectual property rights associated with the artwork.

SELAS artwork may not be reproduced, copied, scanned for commercial reproduction, resold digitally, distributed commercially, or used to create derivative commercial products without written authorization from SELAS or the applicable rights holder.

Shipping and Delivery

Production and delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless SELAS expressly states otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including:

Courier delays
Customs processing
Weather
Transportation disruptions
High-volume periods
Holidays
Remote destinations
Incorrect shipping information

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SELAS will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability, warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
